from grampa’s point of view

(A guest post today by my daddy, Grampa Clark. Happy Turkey Day friends!!)

It’s turkey day in Mason.

My oldest daughter, the one who doesn’t cook, but usually gets take out, has already made two breakfast casseroles, a big lasagna, has pots of taters ready and a whole bunch of other goodies ready to go.

Mike is cooking the turkeys.

Where am I?

Great to be here with the whole family. We haven’t been all together at Thanksgiving for 5 years. It’s nice! The Macy’s parade is on, football is the main topic, the grandkids are putting “tattoos” on themselves and their cousins, and Grampa got whipped on the Wii.

Life is good. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
